  1. The fences are impossibly high and not level on both sides. four and a half mile 'romp' my a.r.s.e!!!

My last punt on the national was "Aldanite" with Bob Champion on board... guess what?.... it won.

One loose horse can take out 10 others , a la "Fionavon" 100/1 shot away back in the black and white tv era.

50p each way on a horse that might die..... shame!!

  2. HEDGEHUNTER.....25/1

  3. It ain't cruel, the horses love it, how do you explain so many horses completing the race when they have already unseated the riders, have you ever tried to stop a bolting horse? Have you ever tried to make a horse run when it wants to stop for a drink????

  4. A horse died today at Aintree , the National is no different only more runners. That's horseracing, take it or leave it!

  5. Horses are bred and trained to take risks, that is racing.  Sadly 2 horses died today in the Topham Chase over the National fences today.  It is up to each individual to decide on the ethics of racing and what is right..

  6. Wel, its only legal
