Why do i have a swollen p***s?

Hi i have just discovered that the head of my p***s really swollen...

i cannot pull my f******n back as it seems to be full of some sort of fluid... im really scared... what is this???

should i see a doctor ?

Have you tried cleaning it?  You are probably feeling a build-up of smegma.  If you are unable to clean it, you should see your doctor.

1. you go and see a doctor

...get a checkup so that your health can be ensured

2. wash it up

...after every toilet break, please wash it with water. try not to just wipe it because it might make your p***s worser. washing it with water makes it cleaner and washing off the dirt

3. try to get circumcision

...you might think that circumcision is bad or painful but actually, its not. scientist found out that circumcision is 99.99% free of cancer. so, try to get a circumcision.

4. stay away from unhealthy and sweet drinks ( especially carbonated ones)

...too high in sugar and can cause diabetes.

Yes, see a doctor, but don't let anyone talk you into the male genital mutilation called circumcision.

There are other treatments for your condition, and should a doctor try and talk you into it, ask about alternative treatments and report him if he persists.
