i run track / xc and i run for about 10 miles or so in my long run (my halfmarathon is 1:32:14 if it helps)my races are all fine but when i try swimming my stamina seems at an all time low..its weird i can keep running a long time but i get tired so fast in the pool; i am also a bad swimmer (i can swim but not efficiently)i have heard swiming is good as cross training tooam i just a bad swimmer and need to work on swimming more?
