Why do i have bubbles on the top of this tank?

I jave a 10 gallon i am cycling it, it has been about a week, and i notice today there are bubbles like, all around the perimeter. What i that from? There are no fish in the tank!

Do you have a filter?

because if you do then they are probably from that..

normally filters produce bubbles.

The bubbles are normal during the cycling process and will go away. they are caused bt the increase of ammonia in the tank. If you have a test strips for your ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite give it a check. after the tank is done cycling all your levels should read 0.

when you run a filter it will cause bubles, the also leach out from the subtrate
