  1. they're breeding in something in your room.  are you sure there isn't a dead pizza under the bed?  if you can't find the source, you need to spray insecticide in there, close the door and leave it for several hours, then air out thoroughly.

  2. You've got a bit of "forgotten" food stuff lurking about in your room somewhere that the original wee beastees were attracted to and laid eggs in. The ones you're seeing now are most likely their offspring...now looking for a bit of food of their own for both food and reproduction purposes and you, oh great "consumer of food", sweat, slobber, shed skin cells and exhale odors of digesting food...all of which linger in, on and around the one spot you spend the most time...your bed. Thus they are attracted to this spot.

Give your room a good cleaning (there may be an old dried up banana peel, apple core, a dried puddle of spilled soda pop, etc. lurking somewhere). Pay special attention to your waste basket...give it a good scrub and never discard snacks or snack wrappers in it in the future. You could spray a bit of insecticide on your little flying guests to kill them off or just wait a few days...they don't live long, then NEVER EVER bring food or drink into your bedroom...especially raw fruit....again, and keep your window screens closed and in good repair.
