  1. I don't know, but it might be your subconscious mind reacting to the discomfort.

  2. it's probably just your body's way of telling you that you are cold..

i have good dreams when i am sleeping in late and shouldn't be..lol-

  3. everybodies bodies r different

try talking to a doctor about it

    thats all i can say

    sorry

  4. that just how things are. i cant say i have ever had nightmares when i am cold.

  5. Just the way things are.

  6. maybe because when it gets cold you put your hands like your heart or chest..... when somebody puts their hands there they get nightmares!!

  7. Yes. I do. I have bad allergies and when my allergies are worse I have more nightmares. I think its a common occurrence in people - somehow it increases sensitivity to things and therefor when we sleep our brains become more active as well.

  8. yes i have nightmares when i am cold too....i think its because when im cold i shiver and i feel bad....thats why my dreams turn bad like nightmares......

    good luck!!!!!!!!!!! =]]

  9. I'm the oppposite, I get bad nightmares when I get hot or overheat.

Perhaps you have thrown the covers off yourself because you got hot. Your nightmare started when you were hot & continued until you woke up because you got cold from throwing off your covers?

Doona's are notorious for causing overheating, especially in children.
