  1. Maybe you should see an expert about it. Or, if you're really willing to put on some weight, or eat normally, you really have to put your mind into it. Making up to 6 small meals a day, eating even when you're not hungry. If your body gets used not to eat it'll be harder for you to live and eat normally and you might get sick. Good luck :)

  2. I too have the same problem you have. I'm 21 and I also have no appetite. Thing is I don't eat out of boredom, I eat more for survival of the day. I hate it, and I have yet to find any solution. I'm thinking that over time my metabolism catches up with me making me want to eat more. Do you have any food allergies, cause I know I do. I can't eat chicken and its the weirdest thing. I've never met anyone who can't eat chicken.

  3. start by eating things that are delicious. Ice Cream and donuts. You'll have 10 extra pounds on you in no time flat. Another route would be the all you can eat restaurants, too many great tasting items there to possibly not leave with  a stuffed stomach.
