Why do i have really bad cramps?! ?

so everytime i get on period i get the worst cramps ever ive taken midol and any other pills for cramp....most of my fam have that prob....i dunno what to do!

Its a sign before starting yurr period.

I get really BAD cramps too, that I bend down and can barely walk.

And it COULD be genetics too.

But what I do is I take a hot bath and it soothes my cramps and settles it down.

Try that...?

Go to the doctor. They can find out what is really wrong with you and give you proper pain medication, or they can put you on birth control which will lighten your periods and help with the pain.

drink lots of tea a couple days before your cycle and whiles on it and a couple days after!

I get really really bad period pain to. it gets soo bad sometimes that i start vomiting because my body just cant handle the pain :(. but there is a solution, taking Birth control pills really do help by making your periods lighter and reducing period pain too!!

its completely normal your period can do all sorts of pysical things to you. your guna have to get used 2 it nd try not to think about it as this can make things worse. i get terrible pains and cramps sometimes but other times i can be fine! try takin ibuprofen that seems to work for me. if not see your doctor and he may have a better suggestion for you.

That happends, Ive gotten so bad to were I have felt like puking.

Eat banana's. :) they help cramps.
