Why do i have to reapply foundation so often. Am i suppose to be using something else?

Question

I generally just use NARS oil free foundation in Barcelona (if you need that info) and Cargo Powder Bronzer and some Mascara. But i don't know much about makeup so i don't know if theres something i am missing. I know women Generally reapply makeup atleast 2 times a day for a retouching but my makeup just simply vanishes like i never had any on. When i go out to a night club i am always running to the bathroom to cover up! while my friends can Dance and Sweat the night away with out a problem

i would suggest using a primer like smashbox or try a different foundation. i use laura geller and it lasts all day or for days when i give my face a breather i use smashbox tinted moisturizer

Try finishing your foundation with a dusting of loose face powder. It will set your make-up, and it will last a lot longer. When it needs a touch-up, apply more powder.

i'm not to familliar with nars, but i know about a product called model in a bottle, which is a spray that you put on your face after you put on makeup, and then it won't come off.
