  1. Oh no you did not just say that. Running is my life and soul. Plus the point is it makes you feel really good about yourself once you lose a pound or two from it and it builds your metabolism up.

  2. I know it sucks but there's a good reason. I'm 18 and graduated but if I try to run or ride my bike for too long I get short winded and cant get too far and/ or takes me too long to recover (and I'm not out of shape either as far as my stature) and I feel like I'm going to die. lol but its all for the greater good to build up you cardiovascular system and empower your heart to make it stronger and to maintain its strength.

  3. I think the question was why does she have to run in gym class...The fact of the matter is that kids nowadays are fatter and more out of shape than ever.  Running is good for you...It hurts because you are out of shape.  If you can't run a mile in at least 10 minutes, you are pretty out of shape.

Hey Loader: you ARE out of shape.  You may not be obese, but you're not in shape...

  4. To make you better and lose some weights.

  5. quit your whining, we all run

  6. You don't have to run in a gym. Find some good scenery and go for a run. If you want to make running a habit, the first two weeks won't feel good. But then you'll get the benefits of running, and feel good while you are doing it.
