Why do i jump higher off 2 feet than one?

i just learned that the reason i could't dunk is because i would jump off one foot not two,my vertical also got higher.

  1. because when you jump off on two feet you get better balance and more force to lift the weights of your body up.

  3. The more feet, the more push. This is the whole reason why when you go to take a jumpshot, you need to synchronize the release of the ball with when your feet leave the ground.

    The energy you get from the push comes up through your feet and through your arms. You get more air with two feet because you get more push.

  4. ive never heard anything like that but if you jump on one foot all of your weight is on one side of ur body but if u do a vertical then ur balanced so yea idk but yea lol
