I don't know, but they are good. They are not like the hamburger dill pickles you buy at Walmart that have the ridges in them. These are different and I don't think not as tart and sour.

Ignore the people who say there is additive. They are regular pickles and you can buy same in store. You are craving them because of the salt more than likely. Many people crave pickles, it is the taste and texture. Buy a jar and enjoy like my husband does....
