im a freshman, and this has been happening for like a year now.

but every morning and it only happens in the morning when i have school. i start too early and wake up at 6. on weekends when i wake up at 10 or 11 i get no stomach aches.

okay so every school morning in 1st & 2nd period my stomach always hurts. like cramps or whatever. it hurts really bad for like 3 minutes then it goes away. then it keeps coming back and so on. i hate my first 2 classes 'cus im always in pain in there and i don't want to tell anyone . it kinda feeels like i have to use the bathroom but i don't. they are just come and go stomach aches but it only happens in the morning. once 3rd period comes my stomach aches go away, third period starts at 9;20. &&school starts at 7;20.

i am lactose intolerant, but i haven't been drinking milk before school so i dont see how that is the problem.

what i usually eat for breakfast is a pb&j sandwich.

& also this happened to me last year too in 8th grade. i'd get bad stomach aches in my morning classes only.

but i really can't take this anymore . D:

i haven't told my mom 'cus i dont think she'd care. whenever i tell her problems about my body she never listens. uggh.

  1. Try different things for breakfast, see if anything helps.

Try getting to bed earlier on school nights, see if more sleep might help.

If neither of those work, see a doctor.

  2. Wow, this happens to me, too. A lot of time it's gas pain, and I only get it if I wake up before 7 am. It used to be really bad in high school and I had to sit down when I was getting ready for school, and could almost never eat anything in the morning. I understand!!

Make sure you have enough time to go to the bathroom in the morning. Try drinking something soothing, like herbal tea, right when you wake up. Chamomile is good. Don't tell you mom if she's not going to help. Talk to the nurse at your school; she will have some tips.

It's a combo, mostly likely, of nerves and something else. Take deep breaths and try to relax your muscles in your abs. Best wishes!
