  1. Maybe the fact you're not sexually active is making your subconscious pay for it. In the past people your age were already mothers, and society has adapted to longevity. You could have babies on the brain because you're maturing a bit faster and not denying your biological functions. It's fine to get a bit horny or baby crazy at that age. I won't even go into what I felt at 15. Just don't act on it.

  2. Like another answer said, these dreams about birth mean new beginnings and new ideas.

Has your friend (who had the baby in the dream) mentioned something in passing that you think would be a good idea?

Pay attention to your creative side and what you would like to do/be.

You are 15 - and you can do anything you want to be and be anything you dream about.

    Best of luck!!!

  3. Well a baby is a sign of new life, new beginnings and so I would imagine these dreams are your mind preparing you for new experiences  and situations that will be becoming available in the near future. the freaking out about the giving birth bit is probably because with all new situations comes the realisation that a part of your life is now closing to make way for the new and sometimes even though we welcome the new it is difficult to shut the door on the old. We change and become someone new with each new experience.
