  1. House can often represent yourself- like the saying "home is where the heart is".  It can mean your heart.

Could mean you're living in spiritual darkness of some sort.

  2. Your dream suggests that family and friends sometimes have a negative effect on your domestic life.

The house is a home of course - and in the dream therefore central to the doings and well-being of your life.  It should be a comfort zone where security is sensed.

But these others are always present when this happens - they cannot be disassociated from the occurrence of the blackouts.  That different characters are often involved suggests that each in turn has this effect on you at different times.

The actual image of 'blackout' may truly come from what you've wakingly experienced - the blackouts - but that's not the likely driver.  The inclusion of family and sometimes friends underscores this.

Consider whether you feel 'robbed' of a free life at times by the demands of others that take you away from peaceful home time that you need.  You may be giving up too much to others and doing things at their request or pleasure that take away from your own privacy and time.

    All the best to you.
