Why do i keep having dreams about my old friend (see detail)?

ok, i had kinda of lusty crush on him like 14 years ago...freinds from high school and college...now..i dream about him like 3 times a week, that we are together..and im so happy to be with him..etc...

in real life..we are both married with children...

i havent seen or talked to him in like 14 years
