For the last month now i have been throwing up quite regulary. It seems to be when i'm in public places. I.e was at a resteraunt it happened, at someones house it happened and now i was sick on a bus on my way to school. I felt a bit better following that but then about two hours later it felt like i was going to be sick but i wasn't. I'm really paranoid now that i'm going to be sick, especially at school.

Please help!

  1. James, you have the same name with me. Glad to meet you. Throwing ups have got many reasons. Say, catch a cold, food poison, bus sick or sea sick...

First, you find out what makes you sick.

If you have been throwing up for a month, that`s no good, You`d better go see your GP.

If you catch a cold, I have a very good way to deal with it. Get a piece of old ginger and sliced it very fine. Get a big mug, put the sliced ginger into the mug, meanwhile, some sugar in it. Pour some very hot boiled water in it. Hey, enjoyed your life.

Believe me, you`ll get better very soon.
