They aren't really gothic, they just have seemingly cold personalities, it could be you are attracted to guys of this type (I'm pretty sure you'd like Kiryuu Zero from Vampire Knight as well).

I'm pretty sure that none of us girls that watch anime don't have some anime guy they like.
