Why do i look smaller?

I have been getting skinner in my stomach And i hopped on the scale and it still says that i weigh 140 Ive been eating brown rice and vegetables. but i haven't been exercising.

  1. as your system is cleaned out through the use of fiber, your body is more efficient in removing waste from itself. your fat reserves are being burned off as a result of this purging. your muscle mass is absorbing more water as a result of better fluid transmission in your cells because of the lower level of toxins. you are probably carrying quite a bit of water weight. if you sweat, you would lose weight.
