  1. There is something popularly known as "brain fog." It can happen when you're tired, stressed, overloaded, when your allergies are bothering you, when you're not eating right, and yes, when you're sick with certain things.High humidity gives me brain fog.

You don't say whether English is your first language or not. If you're having problems speaking your first language, whatever it is, then yes, you really ought to see a neurologist.

When English is not your first language, it takes a bit more effort to speak and comprehend it. So it's more like being foggy about other things. I'd still advise seeing a doctor, but start with your regular doctor because it could be caused by something other than a neuroligical condition, such as being low on iron or the allergies mentioned above..

  2. I have trouble when I have migraines. Migraines can cause temporary symptoms similar to a stroke. I also have bad times when my blood sugar is off, especially when it's low. Other things that can do it: lack of sleep, stress, too much sleep, smoking (yes,) depression, and more.

To be at your best mentally, you also have to be at your best physically.

  3. I know what will get you out of that slump. The new smash hit from The King

  4. If you drink maybe, brain cells die or something. Maybe you take harder IQ tests on some days and if it is the same one, maybe you have been guessing or answering too quickly without picking the right answer, because in your mind you know te answers.

Or some days your brain power goes just like that. Maybe you'd be stresssed or you've used your energy on something else. Hard to tell, by the way I'm guessing too.
