Why do i need to go?

Basically, a few years ago I did a school play and I needed to go toilet desperately. I went and I just found it so embarassing because everyone looked at me leaving the stage. Ever since then wherever i go out(sometimes just to the cinema)! i get worried i will get caught short and need the toilet. Help what is wrong with me , i am a total worrier now.

  1. wet yourself in public, then you wont worry so much about being seen going to the toilet


  2. I think you need to put some focus back in your life. Expose ourself to some of lifes bigger problems, like the local homeless rate in your area or something similar. Volunteer with an organisation or the church and you will soon loose sight of your own worries.

    Most doctors don't ask you about your regularity. They may think it is not important to have a bowel movement every day. In fact, some doctors think its ok when you have 2-3 bowel movements a week.

    If you have one, two or more bowel movements a day, you may still be constipated. If you are leaving fecal matter along your colon walls because you don't eat enough fiber this is considered constipation. Remember constipation is really the elimination of all fecal matter that passes through your colon from the food that you ate in the previous meals.

    If you sit on the toilet and have to stay there over 5-10 minutes pushing, straining, or paining to have a bowel movement, then you are constipated. Straining to have a bowel movement, overtime, leads to hemorrhoids, varicose veins, or fissures.

    If you eat three meals a day, then you should have three bowel movements each day. The first bowel movement should take place in the morning when you wake up or soon after you have had breakfast. Typical you should experience the urge for a bowel movement 20-30 minutes after you eat. The other bowel movements should be during the day and just before bedtime.

    depending on how much you drink about two to three times is healthy.

  6. Go to a therapist.

    its most likely childhood trauma. we all have one or more of those I sure do. But I still think you should go to a therapist, its not really normal to be afraid of using the bathroom.

    Maybe you drink a lot in the day and need to go toilet or it might be something your eating

  8. you have weak bowels contact your doctor and arrange an appointment where he can prescribe you something.

  9. thats silly everyone has to go and some people more often than others i have a couple of girlfriends with the weakest bladders ever its like every sip they take they have to go pee. im pregnant and need to pee like every 5 minutes trust me no-one cares if you have to go and if they do then it just shows they dont have enough to think about in their own lives so they think about your toilet habits
