Why do i produce elastic cm when i o****m?

I got of the pill about 9 mn's ago after one year of using it to regulate my cycles which they really didn't because i am irregular.I used the depo-provera shot for 6 year's before that.I am TTC with no-luck.I hear everyone saying this is the kind of mucus you get when your ovulating but recently i have noticed i get it when i o****m -when i touch myself lol i know to much detail there.Could it be that i am fertile? My flow was 3 month's late but i got it july 25th.Another thing i noticed is that when i do get the flow 2 week's before my nipple's get sore till i get my period...Any word's out there with experience thanks ♥

Actually, what you are finding is arousal fluid.  It is similar to, but not the same as the fertile egg white cm (EWCM) or watery CM.  For great CM checking instructions, check out fertility friend's free charting course or handbook on their site.  The sore nipples are due to the progesterone increase after ovulation.  This occurs because the corpus luteum (remains of the ruptured follicle the egg came from) produces progesterone for about 2 weeks to build uterine lining and hold off your period in case a pregnancy occurs.  If a pregnancy occurs, the embryo produces hcg, which keeps the corpus luteum "alive" and producing progesterone.  If it doesn't, the progesterone goes down as the corpus luteum "dies" and you get your period.

The CM you produce when you o****m is known as arousal fluid and is to aid in lubrication during s*x.  Unfortunately, it does not indicate fertility at all.  

Sore nipples is a common PMS symptom.
