Why do i see sparks of light when i look up at the sky?

and its not dust, i see a lot of them withing seconds of looking.

They are your retina having attachment issues.

Your blood pressure should be high too.  Lower it.

Dont do sudden movements of your head, or things that radically affect your blood pressure - you could lose your vision.
