I am 15 and female. I don't go to sleep late...sort of half 11 or 12ish on weekends/holidays but i sleep solidly until midday the next day. Sometimes i will wake up a few times during the night but i still sleep for the same amount of time. None of my friends sleep this much. I also have a horse and i miss spendin time in the morning with him. I am a really heavy sleper and it takes a lot to wake me up but when i am woken, i flip and just go mental. I have tried havin people phone me or text me and lots of other stuff but nothing helps me to be more awake. Why do i sleep so much and how can i sleep less and enjoy mornings with my horse again? I have never taken sleeping pills or anything like that. When i was a baby i slept a lot...the first night, i slept right through!X
