Why do i smell all the time?

I'm 12 years old and i smell quite a lot. i have a shower everyday with soap and i use body spray,perfume and sometimes roll on. its my underarms which i hate. i went out today nice and clean for dinner and my mum said to me in the car" did u bring spray with u" i said no why do i smell and she said YES.

why does this happen and how can i smell nice and clean??

its probably because we're going through puberty and your hormones are out of control.. dont know if you started your period yet but that could have something to do with it?... what i do is bring a little mini anti-perperant in my purse, and whenever im smellin a lil wiffy den *spray..spray*..x0x lol..

It could be a lot of things!

Your age could definitely be a factor. Do you drink enough water? You could also be allergic to some kind of food (dairy for example), or just your diet in general. If you are concerned, have a check up with your doctor! I'm sure this is more common than you might think:)

Try using actual deodorant/anti persperant. Don't bother with body spray and perfume to help with body odor.  You can even go to the doctor for prescription deodorant if it is that bad.

get clinical streangth or medicated

You may need to change your diet and get rid of dairy and sugar.

Take some supplements, too, such as zinc or magnesium. And consult with a dermatologist. You may have an underlining medical problem that it causing this.

it may be because you don't exfolitate which can trap dead skin cells and pils to be built up under the skin causing odor. get a lufa (which is a plastic type scrubber its like a little ball with plastic weaving) and scrub your body with it with your shower gel or whatever soap you use. good luck :D
