each i time i breathe in i have to suck in my stomach.... it is annoying and i don't know why i do it.... please help and tell me what my problem is

  1. Actually, you are breathing correctly.  You are breathing with your diaphragm and this is allowing your lungs to fully inflate, thus flooding your body with much needed oxygen.  


  2. your rib cage expands so i guess that your belly just looks like your sucking it in

    To breathe all the way down your stomache should go out and in to get max in and out of air. So if you breathe this way that is correct. But if your shoulders go up and down when you breathe that is wrong.

    I learned to breathe correctly from my music teacher.

  6. younger people tend to use their accessory muscles (diaphragm) to breathe. go see a pulmonary specialist to rule out a potential health risk or illness
