Why do i twitch? bbbbbb

first of all this isn't a joke...

I'm 15, and i twitch. It happens a few times a day, but only when i see something that i find weird, disgusting or painful and sometime when something touches me(for example:if you came up behind me and poked me with a feather)

it is mostly a small thing, like i move my head to the side and move my arm away real fast, ya know, like twitch speed. why does that happen?

that sounds pretty mad...  Is it always in the same place or is it a 'all over body' twitch?
