Question:

Why do i wake up every morning and.. 10 points =)?

my eyes are pufffy. usually the skin under my eyes.

it takes like 10 hrs to completley go away and by that time im always at home.

why do i get this and not all other ppl get this?

how cna i reduce/prevent this?

  1. It could be you are allergic to some of the bedding . Particularly if you have something like goose or down filled pillows or duvet

    If that is the case you need to switch to the man made hollow fibre . You can even get anti allergy duvets and pillows  


  2. This Always happens to me! Your supposed to take something but idk what it is otherwise i would be using it.

You should see the eye doctor about this.  You could have blepheritis, a condition where your eyelids are allergic to the normal bacteria that grows there.  You could be allergic to something you encounter at night.  You could need more sleep.  You named yourself "another stoner" ... are you using drugs before you go to sleep?  That could cause it.

    While you're waiting for your doctor appointment, try putting a cold compress on your eyes when you wake up to take down the swelling.  Wet a washcloth and put it in the refrigerator for a minute, then fold it up and lay it gently over your closed eyes.

  6. You should talk to a doctor about this.  It is possilbe that there is some sort of blockage in the ducts that are under the eye and they are not draining properly.  Simple eye drops from the doctor can help.

  7. try to get a lot of sleep, like so that you wake up naturally on time and refreshed, so that you wake up when your ready to get up.

  9. A lot of sleep isn't always the answer.

    Oversleeping is a huge issue. If you can, try to plan it so you get about 9.

    A little less is okay, but more doesn't help. Sleeping over is bad, It can lead to increased hunger and weight gain. They are about the same effects as getting too little sleep.

    So if you got to bed at 10 pm, 7 am is a good time to wake up. Then try washing your face to wake your self up. It helps get rid of those wrinkles.
