  1. I guess because you run so much. You should buy gel inserts for the heels and wherever else it wears, and then when they wear out, change them. That way you don't have to buy new shows just inserts, which are like 4$. You can buy them at wal-mart.

  2. ur running so fast that ur feet catch on fire and burn ur shoes.

  3. Well, these things happen wen you beat ur lil brother up with ur shoes, and this is why you spend more than 34pence on ur running shoes

  4. i disagree that you have to land on your heel if you look at pictures of the best runners they all land midfoot. and if you are an avid runner, don't drastically change your stride now

  5. You probably shouldn't go with buying shoes online.

Try looking for a local running store, there they can take measurements of your feet, and look and see how you land when running. Then they will choose a shoe that is the best fit for you.

Try fleetfeet.com and see if there is a store near you, if not, got to your phone book and look under running, to see if there is any local running shops.

    Good luck!

  6. When you run, do you come flat down on your feet.. and scrape or anything?

When you run, you're supposed to come down heel first, and kind of.. glide your foot through the movement.  Kind of like, an arch.. and then come off your toes a bit.
