Why do i weigh less in the middle of the day and after i workout?

i thought you were supposed to weigh more during the times. when i weigh in the morning i weigh 2-3 lbs more.

  1. Because in the morning you have all your f***s and urine in you, so you weigh more naturally.


  2. Because when you work out, you burn fat, and you sweat, and that takes away some of your weight.
