  2. Beef is part of the reason for the calories, but many people also add a few eggs as a binding agent, and the meatballs are often fried for a bit before they're added to sauce.

  3. Sometime meatballs will be made out of 3 meats, Pork, Veal and Hamburger.

  4. I always make them with ground turkey instead of beef. They taste good and you will avoid too many calories. Also, if you want to eat less calories avoid too much cheese over the pasta.

  5. I don't know why but they are sooooooooooooooooo delicious!  :)  I guess you can use turkey and low-fat cuts of ground beef with the same seasoning but I think that extra fat adds to the flavor.  But SO worth it!  :)

  6. Because of the type of ground beef they are using, and there is probably alot of sugar added. Better off to make your own and use ground turkey meat instead
