  1. Apply for jobs that is suitable for your qualification and experience if any. Not for those jobs which requires certain years of experience. For graduates you need to work to gain experience.

  2. It maybe entry-level into their company. They are using the mind set to enter into Company ABC at the bottom position you have to have this. And for heaven's sakes NEVER make up experience. While inexperienced doesn't mean incapable, it can mean more training time and uncertainty and a lot of other things. Do not EVER lie to an employer.....EVER. Sell yourself in a positive light but don't let the light block you out.

  3. Don't let these help wanted ads bully you.

If you don't have enough experience; lie and make up some experience.  Inexperienced doesn't mean incapable.

  4. I have to agree with the other guy. Inexperience doesn't make you incapable but DON'T lie. It'll be really bad if she gets caught. Just keep at it and be willing to take 3 jobs to get the experience if she has to.
