  4. usually to better the aerodynamics of the body, football players don't wear deodorant. when they get sweaty it creates a sticky web under their armpits and acts as a parachute. because they do not use deodorant... they obviously become very stinky. when they raise their arm it creates an invisible sonic boom effect where the odor travels through the air and burns the eyes of the opposing teammates. it is imposable to measure but they say its 12 and a half times more effective than pepper spray.
