Why do kids move out in mexico between the age 19 -- 30 and in us between 18--21???

why do Mexican families have there kids move out

from there home between the ages of 19---30

just wondering .. i mean in america i.e white people

the kids move out in us i.e white people at around 18

so what is the difference.

because it take the mexicans more time to mature and grow up.

In Spanish class we learned that in Latin American countries, kids are not allowed to move out until they are married and have a house.
