Why do kids of illegals get scholarships into college?

while there are kids in this country who cant afford to go to college!

They do excellent job in classes and earn that scholarships it is not easy to get scholarships you have to be 3.00 point and over for gpa's and also see what else to acomplish to get that scholarships.

They apply to college as international students. This makes it harder though and makes financial aid much harder. They do not qualify for Federal aid, so need to get scholarships directly from colleges if they need aid and most colleges have very little money for internationals.

Those kids are innocent, may be their parents are illegal. They have right to build their future.
