  4. I think what your referring to is something that can be used as a mouse.

    If the laptop doesnt have a trackpad, then i think thats what it is. My bf has one on his computer, and it moves the cursor.

  6. It's called a trackpoint and it's for moving the cursor like a mouse does. Alot of IBM laptops have it. I prefer it over the pad because you don't have to lift your finger to move the cursor from one end of the screen to the other.

  9. Only some older models do. It's like an extra mouse if the touchpad doesn't work.

  10. thats the mouse. if you roll your finger over it, the cursor moves.
