Why do liberals think like this....?

This is a serious question, although it may not sound so.

I was reading my most recent issue of "Vogue" magazine, and I was reading the "talk back" section. Some "life long democrat" was criticising Cindy McCain for buying a second condo and buying pork tenderloins worth a hundred bucks.

My question is this" Why is it that liberals feel that any money that is not being used for food, cheap clothing, a cheap car, and a cheap house in some poor area is money that should be being used for some humanitarian reason?

I make $248,000 a year as an Anesthesiologist. I give exactly 8% of my income to charity and the rest is for me and my family. Why do liberals feel that all money that isn't being used for the very basic essentials should be taken in taxes and given to the poor?

And yes, I really do make that much.

They are more concerned with how they appear than what they really are...koolaid sucking liberals. Always have an easy answer to which they never are involved in any such solution, they feel that their mere presence is a gift to society.

Because it is ridiculous that you even make that much. There is too much emphasis placed on a certain lifestyle. Why do you really need that much money. Good gravy! There  are not enough people out there like yourself that do make an exaggerated salary and give a certain percentage of their income to the poor.That is why it is emphasized.  (Kudos) What if we lived in a world where we made what we really Needed and helped thy neighbor more???

I don't know ...all I know is that I am a single divorced woman with 3 children to support and I probably won't make rent this month,again. you rich people make me feel like c**p....at least you don't have to worry about becoming homeless...have a great day.

The first mistake was to believe an article in Vogue.  Not everyone who consider themselves liberal have that point of view. The ones who do are an embarrassment to the rest. Most of us don't have the money o buy designer houses,cars and clothes. But if you do and don't have a problem spending excessive amounts of money, go for it. What these extremist liberals are not doing is stopping to realize the taxes paid on uber expensive items is going to pay for some of thier pet projects.

the liberals feel that people with money in there hand and not in their pocket are inferior and would not vote for them.They would love to be able to tax you into submission so that you are dependent on them for food, lodging,etc.It makes them "powerful"in their egotistical minds as they want to be the providers with other peoples money,Be scared of them,they are paranoid of people with money.
