i always walk to and from school, and in the morning and evening a big magpie that i think is always the same one, always swoops on me. I tried walking from the other side of the road today but it started wtching me and when i turned back around it wasnt there and then suddenly it swooped me!Its is getting really annoying and im scared that they might rip out my skin, hurt my eyes or pull my hair or even beak my head which might cause damage to my temple....

im really worried about this.

why do magpies swoop people? and how to stop them?

and also when will they stop swooping me? its late august here and nearly spring,,,

  1. magpies swoop me on the back from school too. They swoop people because they think you are going to harm their eggs. to stop them you can get a stick and wave it above your head and they should stop or you can put your bag on your head and they should stop. I have no idea when they will stop though.
