I life is so difficult for wild animals then why do they not eat the arm and leg muscles of their prey when they catch one, instead of eviscerating them.

  1. It contains more protein then most of the other parts and more liquid they could drink during droughts. And they get energy to fight other nomad males

  2. The internal organs are more nutritious. Predators don't eat the contents of the stomach or the intestines, they eat the organs after they empty them. Liver, heart, and lungs are usually eaten first.

  3. Lions do not eat the stomach contents of their prey. The stomach and intestines contain only partially-digested plant matter - lions are entirely carnivorous and cannot digest plant matter, therefore they do not eat it. A domestic cat won't eat a mouse's stomach for the same reason. If a lion or other cat is especially hungry, it may eat the skin of the stomach, which is usually discarded, but it will still avoid eating the contents.

I think you may be thinking of contents of the prey's body cavity - its internal organs, like the liver, kidneys and so on - rather than the contents of its stomach. The organs are actually the most nutritious parts of the body - the liver contains the most protein, and is the part all predators eat first when they kill a large animal. However, this doesn't mean they don't eat the muscle tissue - they do. Most predators eat nearly every part of a kill, leaving only scraps of skin, horns (if the prey has them) and a few large bones. Some animals, such as hyenas and crocodiles, are even capable of devouring these parts, thanks to strong jaws and highly acidic digestive juices.
