I don't know exactly but one time, I saw a discovery channel thing where they got a man to breast feed a baby...and it worked! A guy with a hot body was able to get man b***s that actually work. It was pretty funny :]

During conception an embryo begins as an asexual template. It isn't until further into the gestation period (pregnancy) that sexual characteristics tend to begin developing.
