Why do mattresses have the "DO NOT REMOVE UNNLESS OWNER OF MATTERESS!!!"And i know im not the only one!?

i know i'm not the only one who wants to know this and it has bothered me since i was a little girl and its STILL bugging me!1!1!

Those tags are put there to remove liability from the manufacturers for possible lawsuits. That's all it is about!! : D

Manufacturers are required to list the contents of the mattress for health and safety reasons.  You don't really want to buy a mattress stuffed with cattails, do you?

Just what it says...unless you have purchased the mattress, you should not remove the tag. It is to prevent retailers from removing the tags on the mattresses.
