I know gas is already on it's way up, but when they do this gas goes up immediately. Don't you feel it hurts the economy, a lot sooner???

  1. The media is tracking oil prices, and they can easily predict gas prices, when oil  prices go up

  2. Blaming the media on our woes is kind of like shooting the messenger.  We know about the world's problems because the media reports on them, but in my opinion, those problems are not caused by the media.

  3. Man the news media main job is the destroy any hope of a good life on earth

    .. . ...

Read all the gloom and doom stories and how it is blown out of proportion at time not all the time but when there is blood and guts all over the place watch out front page

    .. . ...

And if the news media could they would be telling their ---  prophecy of $13.00 a gallon gas --- by next springtime On the front page headline

    .. . ..

  4. gas is already 4.00 in california

  5. Sometimes we need the informative research they have, but in other words...DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!!

  6. my grandma is all obsessed w/ CNN and stuff and calls us every second that there could be a 7.9 earthquake in California and the gas prices will be five dollars in two weeks... it's so stupid and yeas it does hurt the economy and it sucks eggs.

  8. You are seeing an incorrect cause-and-effect relationship. Gas prices have nothing to do with media reports. They are set by the companies along the proverbial pipeline, from ground to pump. Increases get passed along.

  9. it's drama, and people as a whole thrive on it.

news is really entertainment anymore, it's not about providing the facts in an unbiased light.
