Why do men have double standards?

Why men are positively referred to as players or playboys if they have been dating many girls, but should a girl do the same, she is negatively referred to as a w***e or a hole?

It's biological. Women can always be sure that her child is hers, men cannot. Promiscuous women run the risk of having another man's baby. Men don't want to spend their lives rasing another man's child, so promiscuous women were often looked at suspiciously by men AND women. A woman did not want her son or brother raising another man's child either. You will notice that women refer to other women as "sl_ts, wh_res. etc, just as much as men.

Oh, and there aren't any double standards for women? I can probably write an entire book on the subject but I'll keep it short:

-The court is biased against men in child custody and divorce cases, almost always she gets everything and the man loses his children and everything else because she's always seen as the "victim". I've seen this happen all too often.

-Female sexism against men is more tolerated and accepted by society and the laws, again because of this constant "victim" mentality that's been thrown at us.

-In relationships, it's okay for her to have lots of male friends but it's not okay for him to have female friends. If a man spends time with his femlae friends and colleages, omg he must be cheating, what a pig. "Who the h**l is SHE!?" "Why didn't you tell me about her?" etc

But of course if a man were to question his wife's or girlfriends's male friends and whereabouts, he's "jealous" and "controlling". Sad.

-In relationships, if a man dumps his girlfriend or divorces his wife, regardless of the circumstances or situtation, he's an @sshole, a jerk, an emotionaless being who "never really loved her". But if a woman decides to leave her man, she's strong, empowered and independant. She has every right as such to dump whomever and whenever she pleases.

-If an unexpected pregnancy arises, it's typically seen as his fault. He should have worn a rubber, he should have kept it in his pants. Last time I checked it takes two to make one, she's fully capable of providing birth control also or keeping her legs closed, but hey, it's not her responsibility. It's his.

I could go on with this, but I want to keep it short.

Think of it this way, there are lots of double standards for men, and there are lots of double standards for women, so it balances out.

"players" seem to refer to younger high school kids or immature guys normally of the black race. If your not a rapper, not in high school, or a fairly mature person, a "player" is not a complement and thus would not be a double standard.
