Basically because we all develop in the same way, humans are in fact naturally female, but the addition of male s*x hormone changes our development and results in males.

because in the womb all feotus are female and when the s*x is decided by the relevant chromosomes do they change into a male.  if u notice every part of a woman has some practical function, whereas in males there is no use for nipples.
