Why do men in vans wink/wave/beep horn/stare at girls when the are driving?

i duno reli i have had sum men in vans should reli outragous stuff at me whilst they have bin in there van, but i do feel like they aint concerntarating on the road imagine if they knocked sumone down because there starring at you you would feel so giulty and it wouldnt even be your fault. i have never had a builder whilstle or whathever at me. hope i could help p.s. sum men can  reli b pigs

Well, I wouldn't say that it is just men in vans that do this. I know that this happens quite frequently and all I can say is that the men who are doing it get a rise out of it somehow. Dont know why, I have never felt inclined to do this even if I do feel that a girl is very attractive.

We sometimes like to look if it bothers you then look away. i will let u in on a little secret that some guys might be mad about but the h**l with them. we sit in a truck/van which is high off the ground, you sit in a car that is 6 inches off of the ground so we r above you to look down into .................. so maybe that low cut shirt is a little lower when u r being looked down on.

Because they have nothing better to do. But I mean, construction workers have to work with a whole bunch of fat, hairy, smelly men (not all construction workers are gross, but it's just to give a picture.) And they just look at men and bricks and wood all day. Wouldn't you get a bit excited when a woman passes by too?
