Why do men look at my feet?

This summer I've been wearing my Nike sport slides with socks and everywhere I go there's some men g*y and straight looking down at my feet why is that?

They probably think it's weird either because of how your wearing your 'Nike sport slides' or because you're wearing them with SOCKS, in the summer.
