Why do men move tongue on lips?

Okay here is my question,when we(men) see a hot chic/babe,y we move our tongue on lips as such we have seen some hot burger or some delicious food item?

i think not all men do that.. but i think you move your tongue on your lips because of your feelings. it is hidden in your mind, but unconsciously you don't notice you have something to show your affection

Humans are not the only one that does this, reptiles do it too. The men is foreshadowing that he is ready to l**k the wrapper.
