because they have not washed under it..  when you pee it gets caught under the f******n and builds up leaving deposits and also the f******n makes stuff so that the skin can glide back and forth like lube does and all this can build up and make a smell..

the worse smelling f******n is when trapped seaman is left behind under thee skin after s*x or masturbating and if not washed after use you end up with a smelly willy..  hope you wash yours..
