  1. Because virtually all of you who claim the 16th ammendment was never ratified are eventually going to prison. There have been numerous challenges in the courts and damned if yall don't lose every time.  Don't get me wrong I'd love to reduce my tax burden to the Feds but I just don't see that happening in this lifetime.

  2. The whole history of this amendment is riddled with governmental fraud.  Yet, how many other laws have the same issue?

The reason why this will never change is because there is no lobby for fixing it.  If there was ever any substantial movement to throw this amendment out, a new one would be ratified in its place (just for show).

Since the majority of citizens are ignorant, the constitution has become less and less powerful in general.  The only way issues like this will be resolved, will be to revolt - good luck with that.

  3. because if you don't pay up, armed agents from the government will bust into your house in the middle of the night and kill you and your entire family to make an example of you to other non payers

why is your life worth less than your tax bill

  4. First, no matter how much I hate income taxes, the 16th amendment was ratified.

Second, people should rise up and demand the end of the IRS and the income tax.

  5. Its both ignorance & fear....but fear mostly
