Why do minorities continue to believe that the democratic party is for the working poor?

Cities like Newark NJ, Baltimore, Miami, LA, Chicago have been run by democrats and what a mess they are, crime, drugs, corruption, yet over and over politicans running those cities get relected why?

Unfortunately, many believe the more goodies a party offers, the more they are on your side.

The real friends encourage success and self sufficiency.

I don't think they do.  They, just like everyone else, believe the democratic party stands for what they believe more so than the other parties.  None is perfect.

Because they give them your money.  In the way of welfare, health care, child care for their fatherless kids, free lunches, etc. etc. etc. .........

And they get to set home in the housing you pay for and get fat! And make more fatherless kids.  Any more question?

I was gonna explain but - It All matters-  pretty much nailed it.  Oh yeah, the minorities tend to be less knowledgeable on the matters of politics and finance.  They don't realize that the Democrats are lying and promising impossible dreams.  Vote Republican.

Beats me, I am a minority and I have always voted Republican.  I never bought into the welfare state.  It has served me well.

Chicago is not bad. There is bad neighborhoods every were it is not just were republicans are.
